Ingredients

check green onion, chopped 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

check celery, finely chopped 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped

check (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

check blue cheese salad dressing 1/4 cup blue cheese salad dressing

check mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

check pepper 1/2 teaspoon pepper

check imitation crabmeat, chopped 2 pounds imitation crabmeat, chopped

check freshly chopped chives 1 teaspoon freshly chopped chives

Serve with:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, combine onion, chopped celery, cream cheese, salad dressing, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix together until ingredients are blended and fold in crab meat.

Transfer mixture to a casserole or baking dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped chives over the top.

Serve hot with crackers and celery sticks.
