Cape Cod Corn Bread Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

check corn bread stuffing cubes 2 cups corn bread stuffing cubes

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained

check Ocean Spray frozen cranberries 1 cup Ocean Spray frozen cranberries

check diced onions 1/2 cup diced onions

check chopped pecans 1/3 cup chopped pecans

check thyme 2 teaspoons thyme

check chicken broth 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:

In a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish, combine stuffing cubes, sausage, cranberries, onion, pecans and thyme. Add chicken broth; mix well. Add more chicken broth for a moister stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
