Sausage Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

Add (10 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits to shopping list 1 container (10 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Add (8 ounce) brown and serve sausage links, sliced into quarters to shopping list 1 package (8 ounce) brown and serve sausage links, sliced into quarters

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add cheddar cheese, shredded to shopping list 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Add green onions, chopped to shopping list 3 Tablespoons green onions, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Roll out each biscuit into a 5- inch circle; place each in an ungreased muffin cup.

Brown cut sausage in a skillet; drain. Divide sausages among muffin cups.

In a small bowl, combine eggs, cheese and onions; spoon 1 tbsp into each cup. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
