Tortellini Carbonara

Ingredients

Add bacon strips, cooked and crumbled to shopping list 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Add heavy cream to shopping list 1 cup heavy cream

Add fresh parsley, minced to shopping list 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced

Add parmesan cheese, grated to shopping list 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Add (9 ounce) refrigerated cheese tortellini to shopping list 1 package (9 ounce) refrigerated cheese tortellini

Directions:

In a large saucepan, combine the bacon, cream, parsley and cheese; cook until heated through.

Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle cheese sauce over tortellini and toss to coat.

Serve immediately sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.
