Ingredients

Add olive oil to shopping list 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Add dried oregano to shopping list 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Add dried thyme to shopping list 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Add dried parsley flakes to shopping list 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 2 cloves garlic, minced

Add rib eye steaks OR strip steaks to shopping list 4 rib eye steaks OR strip steaks

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, except beef, in small bowl. Rub and press mixture into steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.

Grill beef, uncovered, for 6 to 10 minutes until desired doneness is reached, turning once.
