Fruity Peanut Butter Quesadillas

Ingredients

Add peanut butter to shopping list 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Add (7-inch) flour tortillas to shopping list 6 (7-inch) flour tortillas

Add sliced fresh strawberries to shopping list 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Add banana, thinly sliced to shopping list 1 banana, thinly sliced

Add Nonstick cooking spray to shopping list Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

Spread peanut butter evenly over 3 of the tortillas. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Place remaining tortillas over fruit; press down.

Heat large skillet until hot. Lightly spray top of quesadilla with cooking spray. Cook in skillet 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn and cook an additional 2-4 minutes on other side until lightly browned. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut into wedges.
