Apricot Pecan Sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

Add apricot fruit spread to shopping list 1/2 cup apricot fruit spread

Add whipping cream to shopping list 1/2 cup whipping cream

Add butter to shopping list 2 tablespoons butter

Add chopped pecans to shopping list 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Add vanilla to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Add rum extract to shopping list 1 teaspoon rum extract

Directions:

In a saucepan, bring fruit spread, cream and butter to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes.

Stir in pecans, vanilla and rum extract. Remove from heat. Serve over ice cream.
