Crisp Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

Add yellow cake mix to shopping list 1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Add quick cooking oats to shopping list 2 cup quick cooking oats

Add sugar to shopping list 1/2 cup sugar

Add vegetable oil to shopping list 1 cup vegetable oil

Add eggs to shopping list 3 eggs

Add vanilla to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Add chopped walnuts to shopping list 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oats and sugar. Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir in walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
