Ingredients

Add strip steaks, about 12 oz. each to shopping list 4 strip steaks, about 12 oz. each

Add pepper to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Add salt to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon salt

Add crumbled Blue cheese to shopping list 4 ounces crumbled Blue cheese

Add butter, softened to shopping list 2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, covered, about 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Meanwhile, blend together bleu cheese and softened butter in small bowl until creamy. Equally divide bleu cheese mixture and place a scoop on top of each steak. Serve immediately.
