Cheddar Sausage Muffins

Yield: 1 - 1/2 dozen

Ingredients

Add bulk sausage to shopping list 1 lb. bulk sausage

Add (10.75) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted to shopping list 1 can (10.75) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted

Add cheddar cheese, shredded to shopping list 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Add water to shopping list 2/3 cup water

Add biscuit baking mix to shopping list 3 cups biscuit baking mix

Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine soup, cheese and water. Stir in biscuit mix until blended. Add sausage. Fill greased muffin cups three fourths full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
