Lemon Basil Tree

Ingredients

Add (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Add Havarti cheese, shredded to shopping list 4 oz. Havarti cheese, shredded

Add dried basil leaves to shopping list 2 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Add grated lemon peel to shopping list 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Add chopped fresh parsley to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, Havarti cheese, basil, lemon peel and garlic powder until blended.

Shape cheese mixture into cone shape to look like Christmas tree. Coat with chopped parsley.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm. Serve with crackers.
